This scale is a bit more challenging in that it moves through two octaves and requires that your hand move to multiple positions as you move up and down the neck. Starting at the second position, after the B is played on the 5th string, slide the index finger up to the fourth fret to play the C#. Play the D on the second string with the index finger and slide the index finger up to play the E, and after you play the A on the first string, slide the index finger to the ninth position to complete the scale.
